Configuration Management Administrator (3117)

Location Atlanta GAJob Responsibilities Duties to include: Provide leadership, guidance, and administration support in implementing CM policies and processes Administrator for Software Configuration Management tools and site software tools. Provide assistance to users of Configuration Management tools. Participate in CM audits Perform product and third party applications installations on various servers. Trouble shoot installation, environment and application related issues. Document installation and configuration processes. work closely with Development engineers to identify and resolve installation and configuration issues Analyze new versions of applications to identify how changes would affect the environment. Plan and execute the implementation of applications upgrades. Monitor server and application logs. Other duties as assigned Experience/Skills Required Familiarity with the following is a plus: Solid Works, Change Synergy, CM Synergy, DevTrack, PerForce, Coverity Prevent, Purify, Perl, Wiki Markup Notation, XML, Software Configuration Management Windows, Linux, QNX, InstallShieldAssociates degree with 2 years experience or BS in Computer Science or Information SystemsMust be highly motivated; able to work independently and in a team setting in fast paced environment. Must be able to deal with shifting priorities and have the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong verbal and written communication skills Education Requirements AA/ASTravel Required NoneUS Citizenship Required?
