About the Position:
We are searching for a Consulting / Forensic Engineer to join our exceptional team of professionals.This position primarily involves forensic investigations of building structures, soils issues, construction defect claims, and other cases requiring a civil engineering and/or construction background. Day to day responsibilities include field work for initial investigations as well as analyses and conclusions regarding the case. Our engineers are often called upon to provide written reports and expert testimony regarding these cases.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, architectural engineering or construction management. An advanced degree and/or PE licensure are preferred, but not required. Forensic engineering experience is also preferred. Must have a background in civil engineering design/construction and excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. In addition, the Forensic Engineer must have the ability to defend his/her opinion in a courtroom setting.

This position is based in beautiful Lafayette, CO.
 
Compensation:
