Contract Administrator

Our client is actively looking for a Contract Administrator for their company.  They are continuing to grow and with that growth comes recruitment.  This is an exciting time to be a part of their organization now and this position is key as the candidates will continue to help be innovative within their industry.Tasks & Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the Project Managers in insuring a smooth flow of required project management information to all departments and to customers. Monitors project schedule and progress and, as work proceeds, provides customer progress reports with explanaions for any changes. Coordinated project activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Transportation, Field Service and Customers; resolves issues as they arise. Works with Project Leaders to improve project margins by lower costs and contract adders. Works with Project Managers to improve project margins by lower costs and contract adders. Contributes to short and long-term objectoves including process improvement and standardization initiatives.Candidate Requirements BS in Engineering, Business or related field preferred HOWEVER substantial experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Must have at least two (2) years of project control experience or related experience. Direct, working knowledge of hydro/power generation experience or large equipment manufacturing experience a MUST. Must possess excellent communication, accounting and finance skills.
