Customer Support Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support and Business Capture Team in Fairfax, VA.  The candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:  equipment pricing, quotation preparation, submittal preparation, delivery coordination, correspondence between customers and manufacturers, project tracking, order write-up/preparation, and coordination of equipment start-up/commissioning. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills; must have outstanding time management & organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks; and must demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to be thorough and complete. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a customer service environment; excellent MS Word and Excel skills; proficiency with processes, techniques, and operations; and the ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines when needed.
