RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Develop device product build of processes and build designs
- Develop and design robust and cost effective connection systems & components based on validated build of process and design in order to meet OI objectives
- PDP detailed process & product reviews across new product development key milestones
- Assure process performance through PPAP, run at rate and FTQ measurement validations
- Maintain professional and responsive customer interface globally to support sales and marketing effort for business acquisition
- Ensure customer deliverables to meet customer quality and timing requirements
- Meet 100% flawless launches
- Meet device measurable objectives - revenue, booking, OI
- Manage salaried engineers for project assignments

REQUIRED:

- Effective communications

- Strong leadership to motivate people to achieve vision and strategy
- Motivate people to overcome barriers to change
- Frequent travel includes international travel
- Negotiate and manage conflict across different teams
- Strong problem solving decision making

EDUCATION:
Bachelor - Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
