DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST

JBC Associates, Inc., a professional construction management firm located in King of Prussia, PA, has an excellent opportunity for a top-notch organizer with strength/interest in Document Control Management.

 

Role will include 2 major components:

Document Management - Develop and maintain systems to track all regulatory documents required in a highly-regulated construction inspection setting.  Compile information required after verifying accuracy, completion and compliance.  Generate, format and proof-read required documents.  Confers with personnel to resolve discrepancies and enter required changes.  Maintain review process.  Establish and maintain tracking procedures.  Need a quick study who combines the required technology skills (template development, database maintenance, complex document creation) with top-notch project management/organizational skills, reliable and diligent attention to detail and absolute commitment to quality and compliance.

 

Administration/Project Management – Seek a natural point-person who can provide administrative support to the Vice President as well as be the primary point of contact for all administrative and operational needs for his group. 

 

Other duties may be assigned.

 

Minimum two year college degree required.  Strong grammatical and proofreading skills, superior interpersonal and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite desired.  Previous experience in a civil engineering and/or construction management environment a plus.
