Design Engineer for local Utility Company Local Utility Company is looking for a Design Engineer with no more that 4 years experience working on hydraulic designs and principles.  Experience with Microstation, WaterCad, MS Excel and MS Word.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have a Bachelors Degree in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering.  EIT preferred but not required.
