Location: based in Cambridge

 

Job Description:

Provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems.  Resolves highly complex technical issues and conducts advanced research.  Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.  Initial goal: design of a harvester.

 

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have evidence of excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate, verbally and through written reports, to all levels of the organizations from operators to senior management; must be self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team or independently.  Minimum education: BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering + 6-8 years experience or the equivalent.  Proficiency with computers is required.
