To manage and develop ENSRs worldwide petroleum capital project permitting and impact assessment practice worldwide. The scope of the practice includes all aspects of capital project development for which ENSR currently provides or could provide services. These range from feasibility assessments and ESHIAs through implementation of sustainable development programs, socio-economic and environmental management plans. In essence the job consists of coordinating and growing ENSRs global petroleum capital permitting practice with a specific focus on award and execution of large projects. It is expected that the position would work closely with ENSRs Project Management Department in the project management aspects of the job, Petroleum Sector Lead to coordinate efforts with the global petroleum market, ENSRs capital permitting service line leader, ENSR's GOM General Manager and with ENSRs Account Managers in the sales/development aspects of the job.Qualifications- Excellent communication and salesmanship- Good interpersonal approach and cross-cultural sensitivity- Self-motivated and driven to succeed- Leads through influencing others- Strong commitment and ownership to the growth and success of the program-Proven experience in the planning, mobilization and management of large projects with multi-national teams.- 15+ years experience in this service line.- Significant petroleum industry experience.- Current working knowledge of international (e.g. World Bank, Equator Principles, EBRD, Asia Development Bank, etc.) guidelines for socioeconomic impact assessment and management plansBS or higher in Environmental Sciences is required.The benefits of an ENSR career begin with professional satisfaction and strong growth.
