Responsibilities:
Design for power distribution, lighting, grounding, etc. for industrial and institutional buildingsPrepare power, one-lines, special systems and lighting layoutsHighly desirable but not required to have the ability to prepare process and flow diagrams or process and instrumentation diagrams from engineering mark-upsConduct pre-design and follow-up project site visitsAbility to assume overall CAD Coordinator role among designers on a design team is a plus
Requirements:
0-10 years of experience designing electrical systemsHigh level of AutoCad proficiency Ability to assume lead electrical design role for specific design tasksSelf perform detailed engineering and work within multiple engineering design teamsFamiliarity with AutoDesk Building Systems (AutoCAD MEP) and/or CADWORX  P&ID a plusExperience with Microstation is an assetInterest in participating in multiple markets and diverse projects preferredExperience within consulting engineering environment a plusAbility to assist engineer with electrical system take-offs and engineering estimates is an asset
