About the Position:
We are searching for an experienced Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to join our team of professionals. The candidate must be a PE with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of experience. Experience must include: primary and secondary power, lighting, fire alarm, telecom, generator and site utilities knowledge; prior supervisory project management experience; complete electrical systems design.

The Project Manager / Electrical Engineer will be responsible for control of SWA’s overall project efforts during the design and construction stage. This concept places the PM/EE in responsible charge of a project, answerable to the client, to manage staff assignments, scheduling, production methods, and other aspects to insure that the project is produced within the required time frame and budget. This will involve reviewing project complexity, coordinating time schedules and man-hour requirements and, then, establishing overall office design priorities and coordinating multi-project requirements vs. available office resources.

In addition to project management duties, the PM/EE will also be responsible for engineering duties from project conception through construction. This includes electrical engineering design on projects managed by this individual, as well as on projects managed by others. The primary engineering function of this individual will be to design complete electrical systems for facilities.
