As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary project teams involved with municipal, commercial, governmental and industrial projects. Your responsibilities would be focused on water/wastewater facilities and may include: Power generation and distribution design Instrumentation and Controls designProcess Automation (SCADA) Design systems such as fire alarm, security, lighting, and computer/data center Construction cost estimating and in-house assistance What’s so great about this job, anyway? What kind of candidate are we looking for? Ideal candidates will have a BSEE, 3 to 10 years of progressively more responsible experience in electrical/controls design, codes and standards, and construction project inspection. Experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities projects, fire alarm, security system, lighting layout, and computer/data center design is a plus. PE or eligibility to obtain within 18 months is desired. Some travel will be required.
