Our client is a dynamic organization and it is located is rural, Northern Wisconsin. There is a lot there in terms of outdoor activities but if shopping and theater are your thing this is the not the place for you. It is a great place to raise a family. Please do not refer yourself for the position unless you have a strong attraction to the North woods and are open to 6 month winters.  The company designs and manufacters high speed paper converting equipment.


They need both Electrical Designers and Electrical Engineers.


Requirements:
1. Designer - Associates degree in Electrical Design and Engineer requires BS Electrical Engineer.
2. Both require a minimum of 2 years of electrical system design experience for industrial equipment. The engineering position also requires strong analysis skills
3. Must know PLCs (They use mostly Allen Bradley)
4. Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but the key is control system design.

Duties:
1. Design high speed, rotating, paper converting machines from concept to completion to installation at customer site.
2. Interface with sales, mechanical and manufacturing engineers and customers to successfully give the customer what is wants
3.Creatively troubleshoot design problems
