Electrical Reliability Engineer

We are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer at our Louisville, OH, facility. 

Primary responsibilities of the position are to support operations by driving continuous improvement of the automation and control of the manufacturing processes, as well as, data management and use of data for problem solving of the manufacturing processes.  This position works directly with equipment on the shop floor and frequently interacts with operations and maintenance personnel.  The ability to proactively identify, justify and execute improvement opportunities is important. 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skillls

 

Experience working with control systems and/or process automation is preferred.  Shop floor management and Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
