The primary responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer include: Designing and developing real-time, embedded software for electrohydraulic controls. Collaborating with development and technical staff to define the interface between hardware and software, and the operational performance requirements of the integrated system. Participating as an integral team player in developing and directing system testing procedures, programming and documentation.Evaluating and define requirements in cooperation with internal and external customer.Keywords:C/C++ Embedded, MATLAB, CAN, embedded electrohydraulic control applications.Required Experience:3 years of embedded, real-time software development.-C and/or C++ Good verbal and written communications skills and demonstrated teaming skills.Familiar with software standards, methodologies, and version control tools.Experience Preferred:Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink. Familiarity with model driven development and UML toolsCAN communication standards, CAN tools, and CAN based communications systems design.Experience with 8/16/32 bit processors, ranging from Microchip PIC processors to PowerPC processors.Experience with object-oriented and agile development methods -Familiarity with test driven development.Experience in control algorithm development and implementation.Experienced with embedded electrohydraulic control applications.
