DMJM Harris, an AECOM company recognized as a leading Energy Services Company (ESCO), is seeking an Energy Project Development Engineer to work in their Philadelphia, PA office. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years in project development experience in the energy field for both public and private clients. A bachelor of Engineering is required, Mechanical degree is preferred. Candidates with PE, CEM, and LEED certification are preferred. Qualifications include: • Project and business development responsibilities from the preliminary assessment stage to design/build contracts; • Preparation of complex energy studies and reports; • Expertise in energy analysis and design of HVAC systems, central utility plants, solar energy systems, and direct digital controls (DDC); • Expertise in real-time measurement and diagnostics of HVAC and central plant systems and performance; • Knowledge of commercial energy simulation tools; • Development of energy calculation tools; • Knowledge of new and emerging energy efficiency & renewable technologies.
