Engineer 1 - Roadway Drainage

HSMM is searching for an Engineer 1 to: Provide drainage design and preparation of plans for roadway and site/civil projects. Design storm sewer systems, culverts and stormwater management structures. Be experienced in the process of highway and site/civil project development including preliminary engineering, right of way and construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 0 to 4 years of experience in designing for drainage, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control plans. Pass EIT exam or able to meet the requirement to take the exam. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills. Demonstration of the desire to succeed through past accomplishments. Ability and experience in working in a team environment. Ability to work overtime as needed. GEOPAK or Land Desktop experience a plus. EEO M/F/D/VCBhighway and site/civil project development.
