We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Junior/Entry level Industrial Engineers to further our continuous improvement efforts at our NY headquarters in Yonkers, NY. This role involves improving capacity and increasing operational efficiency by applying industrial engineering practices to our manufacturing operations. A qualified candidate should be highly creative, self-motivated, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Individuals must enjoy working in a fast paced but fun, collaborative, team environment for a very diverse client base of top U.S. brand marketers and leading retailers.

 

 Industrial Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities:

Support sales function by setting up sytems and displays

Create instruction sheets and other technical drawings using  AutoCAD or Pro-E

Assist sales function at client meetings

Verify and validate designs.

 

Opportunity to develop pressionally and:

Develop and produce Bills of Materials and Labor Routings

Conduct Time Studies and Allocate Manpower

Perform Line Balancing

Supervise Production

Define Capacity and Capability

Evaluate Equipment condition/Identify Upkeep and Uptime

  Job Requirements

BS Industrial Engineering

CAD Proficient

Entry level/Recent Grad OK.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes /Plastics helpful.

Self-starter & self-motivated

Creative approach to solution solving.

Team player.
