New tools and methodologies have revolutionized the fieldof ASIC verification to confront the complexity of today'shighly-integrated System-on-Chip designs. Verificationis the intersection of digital system design, softwareengineering, and standards and protocols. Qualifications:

Required: 1. Masters or PhD; EE or CS 2. EE coursework and design projects: logic design; computer architecture; computer networking. 3. CS coursework and design projects: object-oriented analysis and design; algorithms and data-structures.Preferred: 1. Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP. 2. Familiarity with design patterns. 3. Proficient in scripting (perl, python, shell, etc).
