Job Description Engineering Location Manger EPCglobal is seeking to find a seasoned Office Manager for a strong, stable world wide engineering consulting firm in Fort Collins, CO.    Responsibilities:  *Responsibilities include project management, financial tracking, technical input to projects, supervising field work, personnel and marketing new clients.  *Oversee a team of 40 direct employees and 20 contractors. *Will help build a business around their own expertise. (This expertise can be in * Geotechnology, Geology, Mining, Environmental Engineering, Surface and Groundwater Resources, Remediation, Wind Energy, Hydrogeology, Regulatory Compliance or a related field.)  Experience Requirements: *Minimum 5-10 years' consulting experience *Managing complex projects *An understanding of the construction materials testing and geotechnical or environmental consulting fields.   Skills Requirements:· Developing staff including evaluating performance, identifying and addressing training needs, conducting annual performance reviews, addressing performance issues and providing staff with opportunities for growth and professional advancement.· Ensuring Health and Safety objectives are met as established by the H&S Director· Development and implementation of a Business Development Plan to ensure the continual flow of opportunities for work for the office · Leading by example conducting marketing, preparing proposals, and winning new work.  Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree, Ideally, would prefer professional licenses to support education.   If you have the skills and experience and are interested in this position, please email a copy of your resume in a Word format to amy.miller@epcglobal.com.
