MECHANICAL PACKING ENGINEER - Avenel, 07001

Power Electronics Mechanical/Packaging Engineer with ability to apply new technologies to optimize thermal performance and power density of Aerospace Grade power electronics designs with power levels ranging from 25W to 20KW.
Experience with natural and forced convection cooling systems; fans and their operating characteristics, deriving system back pressure curves; thermal analysis including FEA, rapid prototyping models and flow meter analysis; dynamic analysis including thermal, vibration and shock (Avionics LRUs); selection of packaging materials and processes; MIL-STD-810, 704, 461, etc.; DFM techniques. BS or MS in ME preferred, knowledge of Solid works is a must.
With regard to the PCB board designs as an example. The mechanical Engineer will design the outline of the boards including methods for both mounting the boards and means of connections to other sub Assemblies.

PIPING & STRUCTURAL DRAFTER / DESIGNER - Location: Malvern,PA 

Proficient in Autocad 3 to 5 years experience
Responsible for design and layout of Pipe Supports, Equipment Arrangements and P&ID`s using Autocad. Must have experience with industrial facilities, petro-chemical plants or power plants.

 

CONTROLS ENGINEER - Location: Newark, DE... Responsibilities include: Design, configure and implement hardware and software for manufacturing process control systems.  Systems include Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCSs), and PC-based graphical operator interfaces.  Some travel to customer sites is required at time of install. BSME or BSChemE is preferred3 to 5 years industry experience

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Location: Bethlehem, PA - Responsibilities include: Min of 3 years experience working in design and supply of industrial equipment. Responsible for engineering and project execution tasks related to the supply of large rotary grinding equipment for mining and industrial applications. Duties include engineering of mechanical parts and systems, drive transmissions, large open gearing, lubrication and hydraulic systems as well as project coordination and customer support.

Knowlege of heavy manufacturing and testing methods including weldments and castings is desirable.
Skills in modeling and stress analysis are considered and asset and may be utilized in the position. Support for all phases of equipment supply including sales, proposals, engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and after market needs..... Some international travel is to be expected.

 

MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - Location: Bethlehem, PA - Responsibilities include: Providing leadership and support for multiple phases of equipment supply including sales proposals, engineering, and commissioning.
Engineering, project execution, and coordination tasks related to system layout and design of large mining and industrial material processing plants.Sizing of pumps, fans, conveyors, silos, ducts, chutes, and associated equipment. Construction of engineering specifications and purchase requisitions. Coordination of internal and external engineering resources. Providing customer support. ELECTRICAL FIELD ENGINEER-Location: Bethlehem, PA

BSEE preferred

3 to 5 years related experience

6 to 8 month travel intervals

Must have a strong background working with industrial process equipment and control systems and be experienced with low and medium voltage control systems.

Familiar with PLC’s is a plus

Responsible for electrical install and startup of electrical control systems for industrial processing systems.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
o  BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology with four to ten years of hands-on experience in high speed electro-mechanical equipment design and validation in a regulated industry.  oExperience in design and evaluation of precision mechanisms robotics or related equipment; fluent in 3D modeling and simulation software such as Solidworks and in pneumatic circuits design.
o  Experience with powder dispensing systems desirable as is experience with materials used to fabricate equipment in food, Chemical and pharma industry.
o  Working in a matrix environment and acting as technical liaison in development of new technologies in testing and manufacturing equipment with procurement group and equipment suppliers.
