Engineers and Engineering Managers Needed!

Our client has 100 years of experience locating, mining, refining, and recycling metals to provide power, protection, and safety to consumers around the world.  They are the largest producer and recycler of lead in the Western Hemisphere.  Twenty-two times they have received the highest safety award in the mining industry.At this time they are looking at increasing their production capacity for their resource recycling division.  150,000 tons of metal is recycled at their facility per year.  200,000 tons is their goal for 2008.  In order to make this goal into reality they have openings for leaders in their engineering department.They are currently seeking an engineering manager, a plant engineer, and an electrical engineer.The Engineering Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the engineering team.  Hiring, training, and coaching the engineering staff, recommending modifications on current manufacturing equipment, and developing a plan to implement capital projects for process implementation and plant expansion are just a few of the challenges for this individual.The Plant Engineer will perform support for any maintenance projects.  They will make decisions on what safety, environmental, and maintenance processes need to be performed.The Electrical Engineer will be maintenance support on the electrical systems in the facility.  To accomplish maintaining existing equipment and installing new machinery, the electrical engineer will be delegating projects to electricians for completion.  Decisions on current and future electrical needs will be by the electrical engineer.These positions are located approximately 2.5 hours west of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.Requirements: Bachelors Degree in an Engineering 3 years experience in manufacturing type facility Westport One consistently ranks as one of the top 20 offices within the MRI Network system, which consists of more than 1,000 offices worldwide.Our search consultants are Engineering/Manufacturing 'industry insiders' working specifically with salespeople, sales engineers, and technical engineering positions such as mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental. Any inquiries relating to this ad will be kept confidential.To learn more about our organization please visit us at www.westportone.com.
