Entry Level Engineers

ATTENTION ENGINEERING GRADUATES:  Elliott Company, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of turbomachinery is looking for Mechanical Engineers for entry-level engineering positions.  Rotational trainee positions are available for those interested in rotating throughout Elliott’s various business units to learn more about how Elliott serves its customers, including those in the petrochemical and refining industries, before being placed in fixed positions.  Immediate openings also exist for entry-level project and applications engineers. 

 

Rotational Trainees accept a series of 8 to 12 week assignments perhaps as a project engineer in Industrial Products, then as an application engineer in Engineered Products, then perhaps as a marketing engineer in Global Services.  All Rotational Trainees accept an assignment at one of Elliott's many service shops around the country so that they get to spend some time learning about how the service shops work. 

 

The benefit of being a Rotational Trainee is that you gain high visibility in the company and are very marketable within the company upon completing your program.  The benefit for the company is that we view this as a leadership development program where we can ramp new hires up quickly.
