As an Entry Level Water Engineer, you will follow prescribed procedures and detailed instructions. Under close supervision, you will perform the routine aspects of assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles. You will use fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures; and perform specific and limited portions of assigned tasks. Work is reviewed for quality and as part of a mentoring process. Field activities such as sampling and routine testing or observation of activities may be required.In this position, you may have opportunities to assist with various water quality analysis, treatment process analyses, design evaluations, pilot studies, field investigations, inflow/infiltration evaluation, flow monitoring, and testing, master planning, conveyance studies, hydraulic modeling and design. The chosen candidate will have mixed workload supporting studies and assessments, preliminary designs, and feasibility efforts.QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil engineering or related discipline is required.
