Entry Level or Mid Level Civil Engineer Needed

Civil & Environmental Consultants, headquartered in Pittsburgh PA, currently has an opening in our Pittsburgh PA office for a Staff or Project Level Civil Engineer to work in our Solid Waste (Landfill) group and our Civil/Site Group. If you are looking to utilize your Civil Engineering background in a challenging environment, these are the groups for you!!!

Following is what we are looking for in order to be qualified:

LandfillBS or MS Civil Engineering 0-4 years experience in Landfill Development/Design Projects (we will train entry level employees)Primary duties will be landfill design, permitting, LFG utilization projects, document preparation, and CQA oversight for waste disposal facilities. AutoCAD experience is a plus.  Candidate will perform most assignments under the direction and supervision of a more experienced staff member.


Civil/SiteBS or MS Civil Engineering

The primary function of this position will be engineering design and will involve site grading, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management, sanitary sewer and water distribution design and preparation of permit-level and construction drawings. 

Working experience with HEC-RAS, AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop is a plus. 

Candidate will perform most assignments under the direction and supervision of a more experienced staff member.
