The Client Service Manager (CSM) focus is to ensure that CH2M HILL is the client's consultant-of-choice, that we have a thorough understanding of the client’s consulting needs and are seen as their best advocate for accomplishing their goals.Understand the client's full range of consulting needs.Understand the client's organization and decision-making styles and process.Develop and maintain consistent relationships with key decision-makers at staff and political levels.Identify opportunities to influence and create the client’s perception of CH2M HILL.Develop strategies to expose the client to the full-range of capabilities offered by the firm.Maintain an understanding of regulations and other external drivers that may affect the client.Develop a Tactical Action Plan (TAP), establish a budget and manage the effort to budget.Become aware of competitors working for the client.QualificationsB.Sc.
