Environmental / Air Quality Scientist

Directs technical programs and projects, both multiple and individual, with overall program/project responsibilities. . Duties include supporting air quality compliance and permitting issues including audits, assessments and permitting activities, providing technical leadership on a variety of air quality projects, report writing, occasional field monitoring and testing, and supporting other environmental work, as needed.Qualifications10+ years of related experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required; or 8 years related experience with MS or 6 years related experience with PhD. Technical skills include permitting, modeling, emission calculations, and project management. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have good writing and computer skills. Candidates must be able to pick up on new subjects quickly and be willing to work in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment.
