As part of this growth, we are currently seeking a Junior to Mid Level Environmental Compliance Specialist for our team in Irving, Texas.

Primary duties will include:
- Evaluating and resolving clients’ regulatory compliance needs
- Assisting clients in developing and implementing environmental compliance programs
- Creating proposals for follow-up compliance work
- Completing compliance projects, including;
  SWPPPs
  Air permitting
  EPCRA Tier II and Form R
  SPCC Plans
  Multi-media environmental auditing
  ACM O&M Plans
  Hazard Communication Programs, etc.
- Specialist could occasionally:
Conduct Phase I and II ESA’s
Groundwater monitoring
Soil sampling

Current knowledge of appropriate regulatory programs is expected, as this position serves as a key technical resource to the Compliance Services team as well as a mentor to junior staff. Position reports to the Manager of Environmental Management.

Requirements
Experience
- Six years experience working in environmental management
- Four years practical experience in most of the above tasks listed with little or no supervision
- Experience in the implementation of Environmental Management Systems is a plus
- BS degree in Engineering or Science is required and a Masters degree is a plus
- Current HAZWOPER is preferred
