Responsible for developing contact lists and make regular visits with established clients. Be a client and project manager for transportation planning and engineering clients and provide supervisory management leadership to staff assigned to these projects.Attract and effectively manage experienced staff that brings client relationships, strong technical credentials and solid reputation to expand our existing environmental planning capabilities in respective offices. Train staff to develop strong technical skills in-house or recommend appropriate off-site training to maximize staff development and maximize marketing potential.Achieve profit levels consistent with the best in the industry. Includes providing HNTB?s 4 for 4 philosophy of quality product, on time, within budget and to the client?s satisfaction. Prepare monthly progress reports, review invoices, billings and prepare and monitor budgetsPrepare letters of interest, responses to requests for qualifications, and proposals following pre-proposal procures. Pre-proposal activities include updating leads and fees list, preparing go-No-Go forms, and List of 22 (SSA forms).Communicate and participation in management level planning regularly with office leaders, statewide Director of Environmental planning and other HNTB mangers and staff.Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of application industry regulations, standards and practices for foundation client markets.
