Office Location: Sacramento, California
Compensation Package: $48,000 to $65,000/year base DOE (for Staff Level) & $67,000 to $95,000/year base (for Project Management Level) plus exceptional and comprehensive benefits.

The successful Environmental Engineer, Geologists, and/or Scientist will be challenged by the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile redevelopment projects that are defining Sacramento’s revitalized urban landscape. Ideal candidates should have direct and proven experience with contaminated site remediation programs, from evaluating and recommending appropriate remediation technologies to implementation, and O&M oversight. Preparation of technical specifications and construction drawings for competitive bidding and contractor management experience is also preferred.
As a member of our staff you will have complete accessibility to all our in-house leading technology experts which will enable you to design and deliver innovative, cost-saving remediation solutions using a range of emerging technologies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Cvil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• May have 1 to 10+ years of environmental industry work experience.
• Good writing, computational, and computer skills are a necessity
• OSHA Health & Safety 40 Hr HAZWOPER training certification preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct field work, including sampling, drilling, well installation, and construction oversight
• Assist in design, permitting, construction, and operation and maintenance of environmental remediation systems
• Assist in groundwater and system performance monitoring
• Compile and evaluate data and assist in report preparation
• Focus on team project delivery, taking direction primarily from Project Managers
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Understanding budget/schedule expectations and scope of assignments
• Coordinate and communicate with client representatives, subcontractors, and firm staff
