We are currently seeking environmental professionals for the following positions at multiple office locations:
Wilmington, Delaware
Environmental Scientist – Asbestos-Lead/Phase I
Position will include project management, asbestos surveys, site portfolio management, report/proposal writing and budget management of projects. Looking for qualified individuals with certifications and experience in asbestos and lead based paint investigation and report writing as well as phase I ESA experience to manage portfolios of sites. Applicants should be knowledgeable regarding DNREC/PADEP regulations, with 2-5 years of experience in DE and/or eastern PA.
Senior Project Manager
Position will include project management, client development, site portfolio management, report/proposal writing and budget management of projects. Looking for qualified individuals to manage portfolios of sites. Applicants should be qualified in PA ACT 2 and UST regulations (Chapters 245 and 250), and 3 to 5 years of experience in PA. Several positions are currently open for this expanding office.
GIS Specialist
Position will include the utilization of ArcView GIS, AutoCad and other graphical and/or presentation software for report and presentations. Special consideration will be given to applicants with a background in environmental, engineering, and/or geology/hydrogeology. Experience with EQuIS or other environmental data base software a plus.
Middlesex, New Jersey
Senior Project Manager
Position will include project management, client development, site portfolio management, report/proposal writing and budget management of projects. Looking for qualified individuals to manage portfolios of sites. Applicants should be qualified in the NJ DEP Tech Regs, subsurface evaluator, and 2-3 years of experience in NJ. Several positions are currently open for this expanding office. Based on experience, considering applicants for operations management position to work with current managers to grow office, hire and train new staff, and develop client based. Excellent client development staff in place to support and lead client development.
