Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Leading surveying firm searching for an executive assistant for the General Manager. Looking for a recent college graduate who is organized, handles pressure well, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.  Salary is negotiable and health benefits are offered. Work is from 8-5 but must have some flexibility.

 

SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·  Prioritize and manage the scheduling of daily appointments in calendar

·  Help market a variety of event tickets to clients

·  Enforce and implement plans and policies created for separate departments

· Prepare and organize agendas and presentation materials

· Take initiative in writing and editing correspondence with minimal direction

· Database updating and maintenance of contacts etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· The ability to multitask.

·  A positive outgoing team player attitude.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.

· Strong Organizational and planning skills.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
