F/T or P/T Administrative Assistant

Consulting engineering firm seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for our Annapolis, MD office.

 

Duties:General administrative duties as requested by supervisor Compose memos, reports and other correspondence from a brief outline, draft or verbal instructions Data entry and upkeep of company information databases. Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements and book conference rooms Typing correspondence and related material, faxing and photocopying Set-up and maintain electronic and physical filing systems Assist with bridge engineering conference preparation, scheduling, and registrations

 

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years related experience; Engineering industry background a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must Ability to prioritize and multitask Computer skills pertinent to the position including: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and electronic data entry
