Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Customers include the worlds militaries as well as system integrators. Sensis Corporation currently has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Specialist in our Syracuse, NY location. In this role you will support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of the daily operation of Sensis' facilities.Specific Primary Responsibilities include:' Maintenance of facility operations (for example HVAC and electrical) ' Maintenance of facility security systems' Prompt handling of all facilities requests' Operation and maintenance of all Audio-Visual equipmentExperience:Applicant must be an effective communicator and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications related to assigned tasks. Additional Requirements include:' Working knowledge of all critical building systems including HVAC, power, security systems and fire systems' Experienced in the safe use of hand and power tools. ' Ability to maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records' Ability to work independently or as a member of a team while under pressure to resolve critical problems. ' Strong trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills.
