This position will be considered "on-call", working on an as-needed basis. Project Manager (PM) will work on-site at a client facility in Houston, TX to manage cost, scope and schedule of a mid-rise and/or high-rise commercial office facility building or campus. The successful candidate will be expected to quantify, communicate, and manage risk through use of the Client’s project management systems and tools. Furthermore, the PM must be skilled at managing multiple contractors and delivering a very high quality product safely, on budget, on scope, on schedule with minimal to no change orders.The PM provides project support for the site manager and coordinates with the site HSE management team, move coordination team, security team and others in the performance of their duties.
