Perform Field Service Repairs including Calibrations & Maintenance at customer locations.2. Perform on-site Fire & Gas servicing at customer sites on all Honeywell Analytics products.3. Identify, quote and sell Service Contracts to new and existing customers.4. Along with Regional Service Manager, schedule service calls within service area.5. Assist all Honeywell Analytics customers and Regional Sales Managers in providing technical information and support. 6. Responsible for raising CDR’s on product failures and customer complaints.7. Have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communication and promote Honeywell Analytics.8. Perform workshop duties as required on all Honeywell Analytics products. QUALIFICATIONS:Associate’s Degree in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent Military training2 to 5 years experience as a Field Service Engineer in an industrial, refrigeration or technical industry.
