Forensic Scheduler – Construction Claims Analysis

Description

We are seeking a professional Forensic Scheduler to perform Schedule Delay Analysis on Construction Claims and Disputes. Experience and hands-on capability with CPM scheduling software (particularly Primavera) and schedule delay analysis is required. A background in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Project Engineering, Construction Cost Estimating, and/or Project Controls experience is a must. An Engineering Degree and Professional Registration will be helpful, but not required, provided applicant has a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or similar qualifications. Applicant must be a capable communicator with the ability to express his findings orally, graphically, and with eloquent writing. Testimony experience in construction claims litigation, arbitrations, or dispute resolution is a plus.

* BS Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (REQUIRED = Yes you MUST have this)
* Strong Construction Background (REQUIRED)
* 7-10+ years experience in Construction Management and / or Project Management (REQUIRED)
* Independent judgment; strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
