Responsibilities

 Foundry technology interface, will provided IP, library and design supportPrimary contact for internal customers to support foundry tech. selection, drive solutions towards successful prototype, i.e. from tape out to wafer deliveryOwner of the current tape out and owner of improving the current system by further automation



 

Requirements

 Minimum BS in technical field, MS preferred5 years or more experience in Fab/Process integration/circuit designGood communication skills to interface with Foundry vendors, work with design automation group and support internal designersRequires knowledge in device physics and semiconductor process flow/integrationFamiliar with CAD tool, DFM requirements and design flow
