Apex Companies, LLC, a national provider of environmental, health, safety, and engineering services, seeks self-motivated, multi-faceted Geologists/Environmental Scientists for our offices in Roanoke and Richmond, VA.

 

This entry-level position provides technical support for a variety of environmental consulting projects; however, chemical release investigation and remediation (construction and O&M) experience is preferred.

 

This position requires a BA or BS in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or other related field, and 1-3 years experience with field oversight, environmental investigation, permitting, agency negotiation, remedial design, groundwater sampling, and remediation system operation. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

 

We are looking for someone with strong organizational, communication, technical, and client management skills, as well as hands on remediation experience. This full-time position includes a combination of field and office work, and is an excellent opportunity for a team-oriented, energetic person to reap the rewards of an established and growing company!
