We are currently seeking an experienced Geotechnical Field/Lab Technician with a NICET certification. This is an opportunity with a Geotechnical Firm with locations in Orange County and Riverside.

Responsibilities:Assists engineers and professionals by performing a variety of tests on soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, steel and roofing materials, project specific observations, and site assessment duties Operates equipment, conducts tests/assessments and reports data Conduct field investigations Work from drawings, specifications, diagrams, schematics and specific verbal instructions Uses specific methods to observe site activities and take samples and perform tests using minor adjustment and modifications as needed

Requirements:Possess high school diploma/GED and valid/current state drivers license Experience in construction material testing and inspection Good vision and manual dexterity Moderate math skills Be able to work in moderately noisy to loud environment
