Head Coach of Women's Basketball/Assistant Director of Compliance

HEAD COACH OF WOMEN'S BASKETBALL/ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE, Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER), to be responsible for the administration, management, oversight, and development of a competitive Division III basketball program in a manner consistent with and responsive to the philosophy and objectives of MIT and DAPER. Will also have responsibilities in the area of NCAA and institutional compliance. MIT supports thirty-three NCAA Division III programs and eight programs (crew) that compete at the Division I level (nonscholarship).

REQUIREMENTS: a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and three to five years' coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Administrative experience at the collegiate level is also preferred. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Appropriate certifications--or willingness to complete certification within one year upon hire--in first aid, CPR, and biohazards required.
