Industrial Sales-Junior Sales Representative

Our client is a leading industrial company with innovative products and consistent growth opportunities. They are excited to bring a Junior Sales Representative onboard with a minimum of 1 year experience in outside industrial sales. This person will ideally live in LaGrange or a surrounding city such as Peachtree City. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone to learn the ropes and work directly with inside sales and the rep channel. There is great potential to move into an assigned territory within two years. This person will also serve as the assistant to Director of NA Sales.

****Potential candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in preferably Business or Engineering, 1+ years in outside industrial sales, effective oral and written communication skills, and a true rapport/relationship builder!******

Responsibilities include:
 
-Execution of commercial growth plans for existing and new business development including; sales revenues and margins, market share, industry growth, market penetration and competitive share
-Communicate activities to sales Management and service team to meet business performance expectations including; financial goals, operational objectives, job performance standards
-Support field sales and service within the region for all aspects of sales activity with NA customers
-Leadership for commercial interface and cooperation with all business operations; engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, inside sales
-Develop, implement and manage sales & service process
-Regular business reporting to executive management
-Develop strategic and tactical sales plans in your region
-Assist in planning and development of NA marketing efforts
