Information Technology Communications Engineer Description:Provide professional level support in growing APLs organizational skills by coordinating and managing communications activities and by developing related technologies.Provide instructional design and software product marketing for technologies and applications that require rollout plans and development of training materials. Write, edit and produce technical documentation including presentations, reports, announcements, guidelines, surveys and newsletters. Enhance communication channels using web development, SharePoint, survey and desktop publishing tools.Qualifications:Required: BS in Information Technology (IT) related field or equivalent years of relevant professional experience. 5 years of relevant IT experience. Capable of making difficult decisions after acquiring adequate input. Highly motivated and possess a strong customer focus with the ability to interface with all levels of staff. Willingness to innovate in the area of training and development. Experience with providing instructional design and training for software technologies. Proficient technical writer for applications, software and for the introduction of new products and services. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills which may be used to design and deliver technical presentations to customer teams in an articulate and effective manner using a variety of media (visual, written and oral).
