Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL OMI is seeking a qualified Injury Management Coordinator.  This position can be located in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA.  The Injury Management Coordinator will Administer and manage workers' compensation and the return to work process program; administers various safety and DOT CDL processes, coordination of the random drug testing program and motor vehicle reporting program. Administers and manages day-to-day workers compensation filing and processes Maintains relationships and works with insurance carrier, Health Resources, Enterprise Workers Compensation Claims Manager, internal Risk Management and both internal and external legal counsel to effectively manage and assist in determining the appropriate course of action for escalated workers comp claims Creates and maintains workers compensation files and reports Assists in directing the interpretation and application of established human resources policies throughout the organization as they pertain to workers compensation cases Assists in advising managers and supervisors of various state and federal regulations with regards to workers compensation and safety issues Compilation of monthly workers comp data for use in various safety reports Performs various tasks related to DOT CDL program such as updating driver list, distribution of training materials, tracking and maintenance of trained personnel, and case management to include weekly reporting Coordinates random drug testing and motor vehicle reporting programs Provides support to Health and Safety Director, Health and Safety Team and other support as needed Performs other duties as requiredQualifications BS/BA degree Two years experience with workers compensation processes, laws, and case management In addition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate would meet the following preferred qualifications: BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field Experience with and basic knowledge of OFCCP/EEO reporting requirements Basic knowledge of federal and state human resource laws as well as health and safety regulations Strong statistical analysis skills Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multi-task and demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in Spanish preferred Willingness to travel on short notice up to 10 percent of the timeBenefits: Medical and Dental Plans Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Income 401(k) Plan with company match Employee Ownership Paid Time Off Program Flexible Work Scheduling Business Casual Dress Learning and Development Opportunities Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program Voluntary Auto and Homeowners InsuranceCompany Profile:Employee-owned CH2M HILL is a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction and operations for public and private clients.
