Applicant Requirements

 Bachelor's degree 3+ years of inside sales/customer service experience, preferably with an industrial distributor Excellent oral and written skills Strong computer proficiency

Our Inside Sales Representatives provide superior customer service and technical support to our customers and Outside Account Managers.  Our Inside Sales Representatives:

 Manage new and existing customer relationships by providing solutions, managing customer expectations and effectively solve customer problems, issues and concerns Prepares quotes on new and existing customer requirements Create incremental selling opportunities Provide world class customer service and technical assistance to customers and Outside Account Managers Manage order processing using ERP Maintain CRM database Expedite orders Source products through vendors
