 About the Opportunity

Crown Solutions, an industrial water treatment firm, is seeking an Inside Sales & Technical Manager, who is willing to lead by example.  This individual will provide management, technical and marketing support for the quotation, sale and procurement of parts and supplies for water project installations.  The position requires a solid industrial parts, and sales background.  Industrial sales experience, and management experience with inside sales people is required. Familiarity with water and wastewater products preferred.  The ideal candidate will be involved with product sales, as well as management of the sales and technical support team.  Experience with the Quality Improvement Process is a plus. 

 QualificationsA BS degree preferred, but not required.More than 5 years of industrial sales experience with products commonly used in water applications: pumps, valves, instruments, controls, and water purification.Management experience with several other sales staff reporting to the Inside Sales & Technical Manager.Preferred experience with water and wastewater projects.
