Instructional Designer

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design or Education Technology highly recommended. Business or other Degree considered with actual teaching and course development experience. Require at least 5 years of combined teaching and course development experience. Strong technical aptitude and experience with using Adobe Flash for on-line course development required. Job Description : Perform Instructional design roles for multiple projects from System's Training to Project Management and Leadership Training. Responsible for developing student and instructor guides for a variety of training programs. Main responsibility is the development of on-line training programs or enhancing existing courses utilizing advanced technology. Designer is also encouraged to teach web seminars and classroom sessions. The Instructional Designer works closely with a team of designers and a graphic artist to develop online courses.
