Instructional Designer/Software Trainer

Bachelor's Degree in Education or related discipline, with an emphasis in Instructional Design. Minimum 5 years developing web based training and classroom training materials with 1 year classroom training experience, preferably on software applications. Job Description : Responsible for all phases of design, development and delivery of System's based training to our company employees. Efforts include, but are not limited to, gathering the business requirements; performing and analyzing needs assessments; developing training strategies; identifying appropriate training delivery mechanisms to meet the business needs in a cost effective manner; developing, researching, writing and conducting training programs; improving and modifying training material content as required.
