We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Intern or Co-op to assist in recruiting and related marketing projects out of our Blue Bell, PA office.

Responsibilities:Help develop the new employment brand and careers websiteCoordinate job fairs and on-campus interviewsResearch advertising avenues for difficult to fill positionsAdvertise positions on websites, in trade journals, newsletters, and newspapersRecruit on co-op and administrative positionsSource resumes on different job sites and help locate candidates on the web through Myspace, Facebook, Blogs, etc. Aid in the creation of the O’Brien & Gere Facebook homepage

 

Requirements:A high level of enthusiasm and ability to 'think outside the box'Strong organizational skills and attention to detailPursuing a degree in either Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or other disciplines
