We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Land Development.

Requirements


- BSCE and Professional Engineer registration required

- 10 years of local experience (minimum)

- Lead and mentor design teams; billing and invoicing; contracts and proposal writing and presentations.

- Land Desktop and/or civil 3-D, Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.

 

** Candidate must have several years of NorthernVirginia land development project management in Fairfax, Loudoun,and/or Prince William counties.  In addition, this level candidateshould be adept at Land Desktop software, have professional referencesthat include municipal contacts for plans processing, and potentiallybring satisfied client business with them to their next professionalposition.**
